1. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY - As easy as the click of a mouse button.

Feedback from customers on how you did for them is valuable information. It can help you sell more jobs and it can help point out areas that need improvement. Most contractors do not use customer satisfaction surveys. In some instances, for those contractors who do, they don’t always get accurate information because a customer may be reluctant to be totally honest with the contractor standing right in front of them. It has been proven that customers are more inclined to give accurate feedback when they give it to a third party. Plus the fact that you have “retained” (the service is free to members) an outside company to survey your customers can add a lot of credibility to your company and is just one more thing that makes you different than the competition.

We’ve now made the process so easy for you that you can get accurate customer feedback at the click of a mouse button. All you have to do is to ask for the customers email address when you prepare your quote. We will provide you with the following:

Privacy Statement to assure the customer that you/we will not share it with any other organization. The statement clearly spells out that their address will be used only for the purpose of the survey and a quarterly newsletter full of homeowner tips.
Personalized Customer Satisfaction Survey - We work with you to create your own personalized survey from our templates. We maintain the survey for you electronically. You give us the email address on the electronic form we provide. We add the name to the database and send the survey that includes both a discount offer for completing the survey and a discount offer for a referral.
Link to Your Survey – We will provide you with two links. One is the link that the customer receives to complete the survey from. The other link is so you can watch your results live time and even give it to prospective customers so you can use the results as a marketing tool.
No Sale Survey – We will also create a personalized No Sale Survey to send to those prospects that you don’t land. This valuable tool can help you improve your close rate and give you valuable information about your competition. You will also receive links to this survey.
Referral Incentive – Your customer will also receive an electronic coupon for a discount on painting services from you when they complete the survey. The satisfaction survey also will include a coupon for a discount on your services when they provide a referral and that referral results in a sale. You can change or delete these incentives whenever you want based on what you want to do with your business.

2. QUARTERLY HOMEOWNER NEWSLETTER - One of the best ways to keep your name in front of the customer.

Each quarter we will prepare and email your very own customized electronic newsletter. Newsletters are an extremely effective method of advertising, gaining referrals and of customer retention. That having been said, the preparation of effective newsletters is time consuming and expensive and most contractors will not take the time. Now you can have your own newsletter without doing anything.

Each newsletter is designed to give the homeowner valuable, usable information so you are adding value rather than just sending a solicitation for business. The newsletter will be sent under your company name and logo with all of your contact information. We also will include incentives in the newsletter designed to get more business from your existing customers and to generate referrals. You can change these offers anytime you want. We do the work and the emailing for you!

3. FIND-A-PAINTER.COM – Your web presence just got better.

You will receive a page on our FindAPainter.com portion of the site. If you don’t have a website it is a great way to get one for free. You can list contact information, describe your services, post pictures of your work and a lot more. You just communicate to us what you want and we will handle it.

If you already have a site, great. This will just add to your web exposure. You will still get a page but yours will link directly to your own site.

While FindAPainter is a part of our site just entering the URL in any web browser will take you right there so consumers can find you easily. If you want we can even post the link to your customer satisfaction survey for prospects to review.

As the number of contractors listed on FindAPainter.com grows we will be able more effectively market the site to consumers. While you may not get a huge number of leads it is a great way to showcase your work and your company online.
