Mike and John, I'm truly amazed that you kept this gig going all this time, you guys are like Martin and Lewis...or was it Lewis and Martin?

Either way... Lewis and Martin, Martin and Lewis the fact remains that simularites do exist.

Dean Martin was a well known drunk and Jerry Lewis was a Philantrophic do-gooder with his annual telethon to benifit muscular distrophy....quite an irony since John has regularly professed his propensity to inebriation and I am of the do-gooder ilk
