We have assembled a team of professional painters
from across the United States and Canada. The team can provide
professional testing and evaluation of your product in "real
world" settings with completely unbiased feedback. All
information is kept confidential. The feedback is sent only
to the manufacturer and is tailored to the specific information
requested by the manufacturer. The information is sent both
raw and in a summary report. Our goal is to help improve your
painting products.
What
do we do?
Our team of professional painters test new and existing products
and submit unbiased feedback so that manufacturers will be
armed with data to improve the quality of the products they
manufacture. Lab results can only tell so much. We provide
the live in the field testing that you need.

What
happens to the results?
We will not give bad publicity to the products undergoing
evaluation. We strive to provide the manufacturers with both
positive and negative feedback, as required, to help improve
the quality of the products. The results will never be posted
by the PaintersChatRoom or the team members with out the permission
of the manufacturer who submitted the products for testing.

All of the product testers have volunteered to be a part
of this program and as such will provide the labor for the
tests. The manufacturer is responsible for the cost of the
product to be tested and the shipping, if required. There
is a small administrative fee for the development of the
survey questions and the compilation of the data.

How
do I start the process?
Once the test has been approved by PCR, we will work with
you to create the evaluation method and the questionnaire
to be used to compile the information. We will provide a
list of tester names and addresses so the product(s) to
be tested can be shipped. Shipping is the responsibility
of the manufacturer. Team members are then given a Web Site
link where each team member will input their data. This
information is then integrated into a detailed confidential
report that is then sent to the manufacturer.
